Context

Physio.me is an application that helps people with neuromuscular diseases to exercise thanks to personalized programs created by their physiotherapist. Physiotherapists also get precious reports and can continuously improve their treatment.

Mission

I worked alongside the skillful Raphaël Duclos on the UI/UX of the patient app and the physiotherapist dashboard before and a little bit after the service’s official launch.

Here are some of the things I accomplished as a designer on this project:
• Design patient app & physiotherapist dashboard screens from scratch
• Design new components for existing screens
• Create mock-ups and flows for new features
• Improve the app based on feedback (user testing)
• Update & improve the Design System
• Provide video prototypes for developers in order to describe animations and/or particular behavior
• Create illustrations for the gamification side of the app
• Create assets for stores (Screens, Icons)
• Design dedicated dashboard screens for the Biogen admins
• Provide keyscreens in various languages using Lokalise for legal review
• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) testing to ensure that the product met the requirements

Physiotherapists Dashboard

Each patient is linked to one or multiple specific professional physiotherapists and has access to tailor-made programs. Professionals can manage everything on their dashboard and use precise insights based on the patient experience.

One of the challenge we came across was to design an easy solution to handle the different registration scenarios, as the patient has to be linked to at least 1 healthcare professional.
